My name is JoAnn Hoang , and this is my story. I'm a single mom that had twins in 2011 and recently had another baby in 2013. I was blessed with having 3 beautiful girls! After my last pregnancy I was at my largest, weighing in a nearly 180lbs. I had tried working out on my own going to the gym, however I was not seeing any results! I was pretty devastated, until my sister Stephanie Hoang, who had been working with John Allen and his team of trainers to tone up, paid for a month session for me on my birthday. I was pretty skeptical about having a trainer help me lose weight. Once I started I was amazed by the staff. They didn't judge me or look at me like I was a lost cause! My trainer Ryan worked with my sister and I, teaching us methods , workout routines, and correct forms of working out. Which has helped me get my progress that I have today! Great trainers - lots of equipment. Cold plunge and compression are my go To’s.

I come to the Phoenix area to train with some high level BJJ black belts and always lift here. Everything you need to lift, and recover.

This gym has no policy for taking videos of other people. Someone brought out a huge cannon camera on a tripod taking videos, even when there was little kids in the area. And the receptionist did nothing about it. I feel so bad for all the people who just want to come in and get a good work out without someone putting a camera in their face. Would not recommend this gym.

I recently joined and so far I have had a great experience. I am an early riser so it is never too crowded and there is an awesome selection of equipment. I love the infrared sauna and the locker room is spotless. The desk and training staff is helpful and very nice as well.

The front staff are really nice. The facility is awesome. A lot of space. This is the issue. People are really inconsiderate. Gym members and trainers don’t re -rack weights or pick up anything. Good gym, but the trainers and instructors for classes seem to disappear. Boxing abruptly ended, my trainer just stopped showing up. Just go by yourself. Don't depend on their classes

Overall good, I would love if they cleaned more frequently due to my allergies being triggered every time I go

Love, love, love! The environment is always welcoming! The staff are awesome. Bathrooms are always clean as is the gym itself. Many different classes offered. I have zero complaints.
