4worldlovers: Aubri contacted me about a couple of items on their “hit list”. Their house will soon be going on the market. One of the big items on their list was the front door. It was very difficult to open from the outside, which does not show well to potential buyers when you can’t get in the house. I took the door handle apart, cleaned, adjusted, and lubricated it. I even took care of the squeaky hinges. Their master bath also had a few small issues. The shower door handle was loose as well as one of the spouts on the sink faucet. All done and taken care of.

I found Kevin on Houzz and hired him to install wood look porcelain tile in a small bedroom. Kevin is highly professional, very personable, hard working, and quite simply... a nice guy! From the first contact he was very timely in his responses, came out to the house within days, and completed the job in a day. I can't recommend him more highly!

I hired Kevin to install a kitchen backsplash. I was looking for someone who would do the actual install and let me finish the grouting to save a little money. He showed up on time completed the job in a timely manner and his bid was accurate. Would not hesitate to hire for future improvement work.
