Our various Bhakti-Vrksa meet every Friday or Saturday in person and/or Zoom. Discussions on various books in a friendly environment.

Krishna Consciousness means original consciousness or God consciousness, an awareness of and affection for the supreme personality of Godhead, Lord Krishna. It is the culmination of all forms of yoga, knowledge, meditation, and spirituality. Krishna consciousness is the natural, original, and blissful condition of every individual. The practices of Krishna consciousness, or bhakti-yoga, are meant to free us from the root cause of all anxiety by reawakening our normal, eternal spiritual happiness. Essential practices of Krishna Consciousness involve the chanting of God’s holy names—among several processes of devotional service—to bring about lasting happiness and peace in society by reviving our loving relationships with God. The process is simple— a meditation on the name, form, activities, and qualities of Lord Krishna.

Just as the sun is known by many names in different parts of the world, “ISKCON,” “Krishna consciousness,” and “Krishna” Himself are non-sectarian and non-denominational terms which refer to the worship of God, the Supreme Person. Anyone anywhere can practice Krishna consciousness and become a “devotee” or member of ISKCON. You do not need to change your religion to adopt the practices of Krishna consciousness—such as chanting God’s names.

Here are the special events scheduled on each Friday during auspicious Shravan Month:

Sai Dhyan Mandir is a Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in the east valley area of Phoenix, AZ, USA. The temple serves the community and the devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba. Sai Dhyan Mandir is also a non-profit organization with 501(C)(3) status, depending solely on contributions made by devotees. All the donations to Sai Dhyan Mandir (Tax ID: 83-2997198) are tax deductible.

Devotees can visit the temple daily during the hours when Temple is open. A weekly Abhishekam is conducted every Thursday starting at 6:45 PM. The weekly Bhajan is conducted on Thursday at 715PM (in-person). We encourage any devotee to sing Bhajans during this time at the Temple - for other times please contact the volunteers at the temple.

Special programs will be conducted during some of the important religious/festival days, for example, Ram Navami, Guru Poornima, Vijaya Dasami etc.
