A registration fee of $100 per child (max. 300 per Family) is required to register and hold a spot. This fee is non-refundable.

Families enrolling children under the age of 3 years will be charged the 3-day minimum fees. Any additional days added will be charged at the daily rate.

All fees paid by credit or debit card will incur a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee.

Hello families! My name is Heather Shippy, and I am the Center Director at Valley Learning Center in Chandler. I actually started working here when I was 20 years old back in 1996. I originally worked with one-year-olds as a part time teacher in the afternoons, and quickly realized how much I loved working with children. I then became a lead two year-old teacher, and after about a year I moved up to working in the front office. I loved my job and was proud to be a part of this company. After 10 years, I decided to be a stay-at-home mom and spend precious time with my young children.

After a couple of years, I realized that I am not one to stay home, and went to work in special education at my kids’ elementary school as a paraprofessional technician. I worked with communication delayed children in all grade levels, and my eyes were opened to new ways to educate children and make a difference in their lives. Well, now things have come full circle, and I am back at Valley Child Care after 12 years. I am so grateful to be back at a place that I loved and that has held such a special place in my heart after all these years!

4worldlovers: Kids World Learning Center provides a secure, happy, enriching and warm environment for your child near your place of work or your home. The center responds to today's growing need for childcare facilities for children of professional parents. A component of these centers is Parent Interaction, which encourages parents to drop in anytime and to take part in classroom activities and special events.


Kids World Learning Center covers 6,400 square feet and is is licensed for over 150 children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years. Children are divided into spacious classrooms created to fit the needs of the children's age and developmental level. Kids World provides transportation to more than 12 nearby schools and has special Before and After School Programs for school-age kids.
