I have appreciated all the care I have received here at Lilac. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors, the care they give is amazing!

Was in lobby 40 mins past my appt. time, then was asked if it was ok that I see another dr. I didn't appreciate the total ineptness of the staff in taking my blood pressure. Then was badgered about a colonoscopy. I also found what was put in my online chart to be incorrect/lies of what dr. said she spoke with me about. No thanks to it all.

Absolutely love everyone there, from receptionist to all the providers! Super friendly! I love that they treat you as the person you are not just another number! I never have to tell a provider something multiple times. They really listen to you and your needs!

I feel valued as a patient. Even though I’m past the years of having babies. Kind and caring staff who are professional and efficient.

My only reason for giving less than 100% positive feedback is I was told by scheduling that the doctors don’t prescribe pessaries here. That’s inconvenient because they say go to a specialist. I’ve had gynecologists though, who certainty do provide pessaries. In fact I already have one but just wanted a replacement.

I love dr Switzer. She is so kind and able to explain everything so well. The atmosphere at the office is just easy, peaceful, friendly non intimidating
