4worldlovers: Desert Horizon isn’t just a nursery, it’s a magical immersion into the most beautiful display of exotic plants I’ve ever seen. This place is spectacular and a definite Queen Creek must-see!Not only is this my only spot for purchasing any kind of plant, sometimes I come just to walk around around the enjoy the scenery. The pristine layout, the extensive selection of indoor and outdoor plants, the exquisite pots and fountains, the kind staff…I can’t express enough wonderful compliments about this place!

My stepdaughter bought a f2 pots, a 6.99 bag of soil, and a small plant for $54.99. It seemed a little expensive to me, but she was happy with her purchase. But outside of the purchase, this place is gorgeous. I've seen it many times heading to my sisters place and always wondered what kind of stuff was in there. PLANTS, PLANTS,... some pots and PLANTS, lol. They clearly care and maintain the grounds along with the plants exceptionally well, and while it was hot as Hell outside too but they had a great mister system and lots of shade. We'll probably come back again but will be more wary of the prices and Queen Creek sale taxes.

Great selection, superior staff. The only disappointment is being told they were not accepting new contractors at this time. As a landscaper that serves parts of South East San Tan Valley and Florence (areas many others don't want to cover) This is just another obstacle keeping me from offering greater selections and more competitive pricing to my clients. This place is AMAZING! They have the best selection of just about any garden plant/cactus/tree you could think of. They have a wonderful indoor plant section as well, I always find the newest houseplant on my list. They also have the most BEAUTIFUL pots, planters and decor. The staff is always super helpful and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Nothing but nice things to say about them! Worth the trip from just about anywhere, top tier garden supply.

One of the best nurseries I've been to across the U.S.! We've almost exclusively bought all of our plants (trees, bushes, ground cover plants, and succulents) at Desert Horizon Nursery since we moved to Arizona at the end of 2021. We moved here from out of state and bought a house with nothing but dirt in the backyard. The staff is especially knowledgeable about plants that thrive in the summer heat, and they are great about giving advice on anything you're looking to do in your yard!I was also impressed at the lack of a sale-sy experience! I was interested in a tree that would NOT have worked well in my particular yard set-up, and the lady I spoke with was very upfront with me about how it may not look as good in completely-exposed-full-sun-all-day. I admired that she was willing to "risk" losing a sale in order to make sure I didn't buy a tree that may have been destined to fail in my particular set up. I really appreciated that, especially since I was very unfamiliar with Arizona landscaping.This is also a great place to come for plant advice! When one of my trees was having some problems (almost a year after I bought it), I brought a picture of it to the nursery. They were able to quickly and easily tell me the problem and sold me some sun protective tape to wrap around the trunk in order to protect it from the sun. A couple weeks after wrapping the trunk, my tree started to thrive again! I was grateful for a cheap, easy way to fix my investment.This nursery is well laid out and very well taken care of. I love just walking around and looking at the new or seasonal plants that they often bring in. Their indoor plant selection is also very nice! I occasionally bring out-of-state guests here to show them all the amazing and different types of plants that Arizona can grow.I have already encouraged others to pay a visit to Desert Horizon when they're looking for a new plant, and I will continue to recommend them.
