Welcome to R.E.A.C.T. Defense Systems. We are a family-owned business that brought and established the original Krav Maga Israeli street fighting system in 2001. After spending several years training off-duty law enforcement and first responders, we found a critical gap in the system that required further development, especially regarding ground fighting, weapons defenses, and weapon retention. Thus in 2006, Tactical Black was born.

Our system, Tactical Black, provides solutions to attack scenarios that have occurred in everyday life based on real-life encounters provided by our first responders and our civilian students base.

We offer several martial arts programs for persons of all ages and every fitness level. These programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Grappling, and Children’s Jiu Jitsu. 4worldlovers: Welcome to our Little Dragons Program where our little “BIG KIDS” learn to master their movements, their ability to follow directions, and the fundamentals of balance, agility, power, punching, and kicking! This is where their path to the black belt begins! Our higher-ranking, kid-loving, and patient instructors teach these interactive, high-energy classes, which keep the classes packed with jumping, punching, kicking, tumbling, and coordination challenges. Little Dragons earn white belts with colored stripes while learning: the basics of Japanese commands,

• How to be patient with themselves and others while having so much fun!

Watch your child begin to recite complex commands in Japanese while earning stripes and demonstrating coordination and control. This is where learning happens while having a blast! Welcome to our Kids Program where fun and discipline intersect! Juniors begin their experience earning solid colored belts while connecting with their class in a fun and challenging way. Juniors are divided into two groups: the kohai classes for beginners and the Senpai classes for our higher-ranked students. Juniors learn traditional ceremonies and traditions and the basic commands in Japanese.

They also learn the art of punching and kicking and moving strategically, how to think ahead of one or two moves- learning to anticipate and be prepared by understanding cause and effect. They begin to learn how to honor one another by working as teams in drills and doing pad work and bag work. This is an important concept of uke and torre - a fundamental concept of honoring one another to train respectfully. Along with learning parts of the language, the history, and the ettiequte, Juniors learn strong techniques, kata, and kumite. They are challenged to increase their coordination, balance, agility, strength, power, speed, and technical form in a fun, unique and exciting ways! Rank is rewarded based on their accomplishments - not compared to others in their class. This is a personal journey that we get to take collectively! This is an excellent program for our elementary-aged student who needs a break from the screens and would like to grow in their athletic ability, strategic anticipation, and self-control/self-discipline.
