Steve, who serviced our Sony TV, was awesome. Diagnosed the problem and found the fix. Also, he came to the house 90 minutes after I called about our TV issue. Steve was very knowledgeable and walked me thru how he discovered the issue. I would highly recommend Bob's TV for any issue with your TV.

I called and spoke with Steve at about 8:30am, explained the problem, gave him the TV Brand and he basically knew what was wrong. He came to the house around 10am. It took about 40 minutes and the TV is back working and even sharper than when it last worked. He had the parts with him, which made it a quick and easy call. The price was less than his high side quote over the phone, very honest and bright individual, a pleasure to have him in out home.
