Yes, you will learn our curriculum, but it stays open on the back end for you to customize it to your needs.

A society of individuals trying to be better through martial arts and physical culture. Being capable in a fight translates to confidence in life, and a preparedness to step up when challenges arise. Join us for a unique Mixed Martial Arts experience; a sort of alchemy of classical and modern martial arts. Wing Chun, Catch As Catch Can Wrestling, and Kickboxing combine into our Wing Chun MMA training.

We approach martial arts like a skilled trade, and leverage a variety of training methods to help you learn techniques and principles, and how to make them work for you. Wing Chun is our core, and we expand and close our range with Kickboxing and Catch Wrestling. We also include traditional weapons training, because the weapons educate the hands.
