STAYT (or “State of AYT”) is a presentation by the board informing our families on the current state of the theatre. Updates on our 1) mission, 2) educational programs, 3) show scheduling, 4)facility use, and 5) financial status will be given by different members of the board.

We choose Studio 3 because of their commitment to teach all students without discrimination. My son has autism. Since his first day of dance, Studio 3 welcomed my son and took a very shy little boy who couldn’t focus for more than 10 minutes into a boy who has so much confidence in himself and his focus improved exponentially.


My daughter continues to stay active, interact with friends, and grow in her acting. With this pandemic has come a lot of disappointment, but with Studio 3, there is still something positive in her everyday life, still feedback from her teachers in areas she is most passionate about and still the hope for her to perform at later dates.

Studio 3 has been our sanity in a time of uncertainty and stress. My twins have a place where they can continue their musical theater training, but more importantly, connect with their friends and teachers and maintain relationships in a situation which would otherwise be very isolating.

We are so thankful for Studio 3! My daughter is able to stay active both mentally and physically during this time - keeping us both sane! The online class quality is amazing and we love all the teachers, who go above and beyond to make this time meaningful. It’s everything we could hope for and more.

Tickets can be purchased through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a problem, you can leave a message at 480-279-7194 and someone will return your call within one business day. We do monitor the voice mail system so be assured your call will be returned.


The staff at the Higley Center is dedicated but small. We do our best to cover all of the duties that make a performance facility cost effective and convenient. Every venue like the Higley Center relies on the good will and dedication of volunteers. We invite you to participate in this meaningful way. Providing high quality performances by local, regional and national artists is not inexpensive. Ticket sales only cover a portion of the cost of presenting artists. The gap must be closed by advertising and sponsorships. Do you want to see the Higley Center succeed in providing engaging shows that are convenient and affordable to our community? East Valley Children’s Theatre has been an artistic force in the East Valley for 26 years, through many unique theatrical programs for children of all ages. East Valley Children’s Theatre provides a safe environment for children to gain self-esteem, explore creative outlets and grow and mature into community-minded young adults.
