4worldlovers: Pinnacle Farms is a combined 17 acres, 7 of which are located at the Base of South Mountain at 27th Ave and Dobbins, and a 10 acre field in Waddell under the White tanks. The historic orchard property in Laveen came with a falling down 1918 adobe home, abandoned for many years prior.
