Current parents are welcome to observe the classroom that their child(ren) is enrolled in. MEC recommends scheduling classroom observations after October break. This gives students time to “normalize” and settle into a classroom schedule for the new school year. By choosing to observe after the classroom has established a pattern, you can experience the clearest picture of the Montessori environment your child(ren) experience. When you arrive for an observation, we will share MEC’s Observation Guidelines with you for the optimal outcome of your observation.

4worldlovers: Since 2013, the Autism Academy for Education and Development (AAED) has opened six campuses in the Metro Phoenix and Tucson areas including our online campus. Our teaching staff is equipped and trained to provide an environment for learning through the use of different and adaptable curriculums, small group instruction, structured classrooms, schedules, and a variety of specials to keep students engaged in learning. Students collaborate, communicate, think, experiment, and reflect throughout each day. The strategies utilized by our staff are aimed at providing students with the skills and knowledge to make decisions, be successful in school, and open doors for career development.

Gilbert Early College is dedicated to providing its students with the tools necessary to become independent lifelong learners and citizens of character with a concern for individuals in their community.

This will be accomplished through a rigorous curriculum, preparing students for post-secondary education, civic engagement in the community, and a variety of extra-curricular opportunities.

There’s something special about our high school. Our program is designed to get students on the college campus, giving them the confidence that they can succeed at the college level.

Starting their junior year, students may take college classes through Chandler-Gilbert Community College and earn college credit that is paid by Leading Edge Academy.

Students may also pursue a technical degree in partnership with the East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT), or take specialized courses through our Award-Winning Online Academy.

Our Varsity and Junior Varsity sports teams have won multiple local and state-level championships. Currently, our competitive sports programs include girls volleyball (Varsity and JV), coed soccer, and cross country.
