4worldlovers: The Glendale City Jail holds individuals who have been arrested and are waiting for an Initial Appearance on either felony or misdemeanor charges. These detainees can be released on bond prior to seeing a judge if their charge carries a preset bond established by a court. The jail is administrated by the Glendale Police Department. While in jail, detainees are treated humanely and are able to make unlimited collect phone calls to advise others of their situation or arrange for bond.
