In order to provide social distancing options, we are now offering our clients the ability to receive routine care from JFCS health professionals through a video connection on their smartphones in the comfort of their own home. These are also known as “telehealth appointments”.

My name is Tammie Kay Perez. I have a Master of Science in nursing and am a certified family nurse practitioner from the University of Phoenix. I’ve been taking care of patients since I was a little girl, volunteering at a nursing home and with special needs students. While getting my education, I worked in various settings, including St. Joseph’s Hospital and Barrow Neurological Institute. Patients that I have worked with in the past included children in DDD group homes, the elderly in nursing homes and facilities, women in prison, immigrants, adolescents and adults struggling with substance addiction and I’ve even delivered babies. A fun fact about me is that I am fluent in Spanish! I love taking care of patients and seeing good outcomes. My work is my passion!
