He explained the surveillance package to me and was very accommodating to my schedule. His crew gave me an estimated time of arrival and kept me in the loop. I spent about six months researching different camera systems which was pretty simple. The difficult part was finding an installer who could place the cameras exactly where I wanted them. After searching around I found TCI and they had great reviews. I ended up giving them a call and booking a consultation appointment. Mario showed up and right away he told me it would be no issue, they could install the cameras wherever I needed and there would be no wires showing. On the day of the installation about 5 guys showed up on time and got to work right away. They were extremely professionally, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were there about 8 hours but they got the job done and I even got a walk through on the cameras and on how to navigate the app. These cameras were a little bit pricier than store bought cameras but for the professional installation it was well worth it. I have six cameras with zero wires showing. The job these guys did was awesome. I did have a minor issue with my camera settings but their tech support worked it out. I would highly recommend TCI Security Cameras in fact I already have.
