Siam was the former official name of Thailand, for hundreds of years (1300’s – 1900’s). It wasn’t until May 8, 1939 that the official name of the country changed to Thailand. Disagreements over the name change has resulted in some going back and forth with the official names. The last name change to Thailand occured in 1947, and so remains to this day.


The reason we chose Siam Cusine as the name of our restaurant is that most of our recipes have a long history, and were originally created during the Siam age. This is the wonderful Thai-traditional experience we want you to enjoy during your visit.

We’ve been here twice now and the food did not disappoint! We had a green Curry and Yellow Curry. I specifically asked the Yellow to be little to no spicy and they gladly accommodated. My fiancé was so happy because the other places we’ve been, you say not spicy, and of course, it’s spicy. Thank you for taking the time for her. My fiancé has a very low tolerance for spicy food. We will definitely be back soon!

Siam is the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They give large portions. I ordered the Yellow Curry dish with tofu and will 100% order it again. Siam is now one of my favorite restaurants.

Cannot say enough about this place. It is a hidden gem. They make it a spicy as you want. The best in town.

I LOVE this Thai restaurant. Having had traveled to Thailand they are exactly what I would expect. My mom loves the sweet and sour pork and the Thai iced tea. I love the chicken satay, pad Thai and Thai ice coffee. My sister who has also been to Thailand had it for dinner with us tonight for her first time, and she was not disappointed! If you want authentic Thai food this is the place! The price matches the quality and the service. And the dishes are well portioned if you want to share with everyone at the table.Just keep an eye out on their store hours since they are closed for a short period in the middle of the day.Must have if you are in the mood for great Thai food!

Great food. Service is good. Sometimes it's a bit crowded since the place is a little small. Hopefully they will get a bigger place or another location in the future.

The best red curry in the valley, although most other entrees I've tried hit the spot as well. The staff are polite and friendly and the dine in option is nice and clean. The dishes themselves are filling, large portions that don't leave my wallet empty.A highly recommended eat that won't disappoint, and don't forget to order a Thai Tea!

Nice place to go and Dine. This is one of the few Thai places I can Scallop Panang. They over cook the Scallops a bit but they are still tasty.

Excellent food, fast and friendly service! Strongly recommend egg rolls, and Thai fried rice with shrimp.Medium spicy was a bit spicier than medium!

My favorite place for Thai food in Phoenix. I love the shrimp pad Thai and Thai tea.

Vegetarian pad thai was really good! It was very tasty, so much flavor! Definitely recommend.
