I went to JacksSons Trailers in Mesa looking for a specific trailer. I already knew the brand of trailer, trim package, and etc for the configuration. The trailer had to be order and special made and Octavio got right to work on ordering it for me just how I wanted. I called a couple of times to check in on the progress of the trailer and Octavio had no problem calling the factory and checking on the status of my trailer. Kyle was very informative, and knowledgeable about the trailer I wanted, and the other brands on the lot. He was honest about the pros and cons as it related to all the brands of dump trailers they sell. In the end I made a decision and it may have taken 30 minutes to complete the transaction. I asked him to swap out the 10 pay tires for 14. He said it would be done by the end of the day, and it was. We picked up the trailer that day.
