Great place to shop. No pressure from sales personnel. This is very important to me and my wife. Customer support is available, very helpful and accessible when needed. Having available inventory is also important. My favorite furniture store. The personnel who load your vehicle are friendly and do a great job. Keep up the great work AFW.

Great experience. I had a vision of what I wanted and Josh showed me lots of options until we whittled it down … I did buy what I saw on the website, plus everything else. The iPads are brilliant to help with the selection process. Delivery was on time and the guys were great... I will be back.

Purchased a desk and upon pick up the box was opened. I was told all the parts were there and undamaged. During assembly, it was determined that the electrical plug was manufactured wrong. We purchased this furniture for a sequence of events which has now had to be postponed. No follow up calls after the first call and has been several weeks now.

This was the worst shopping experience ever i was lied to made to wait 2 week then given wrong product after much hassle 2 delivery guys showed up lied to me tried to take a couch i told them no they load it on there truck i called the police and their boss told to take it back in my house i'm 73 yr old be care full i'm waiting for apology

Love this store! Great selection, amazing prices, & good quality. I looked everywhere for 2 months to find a nice, but reasonably priced set of end tables and found them here and they are perfect. There was a missing part to a table, it was no problem. They came to my house delivered a new piece and took the old one at no charge. I have never gotten such excellent service in my life. I love this store. They don’t hound you when you walk in the front door like other stores. They have a cheerful greeter at the door. The quality of the furniture is exceptional, the staff is fabulous, and the warehouse crew is amazing. Why would you want to go any where else? Thank you American Furniture Warehouse.

I have reviewed this business before. This is my go to place for furniture I need. I have bought all of my furniture here and love it! I think the whole place is Run like an oiled machine! If there was one I would like to see happen is to keep their area rugs in stock. I have wanted to buy two but they were out of stock, told they were not anywhere to bring in but found them on the Homedepot website. Other than that, they are great!

Great customer service but not the furniture! It looks beautiful but not safe!! Cheap Material used provided a chair too lightweight to support one person!! Chair fell over when I leaned on its back for support!! For older individuals chair is not safe!!! Tips over at slightest movement!! Won’t shop there again and warning friends

Demie has been so helpful. I moved from South Dakota to Peoria and this whole move has been stressful. Picking out and purchasing the furniture has been the least of my worries thanks to her! The prices are really affordable and the experience matches the prices. I really recommend purchasing any furniture or beds from them.
