4worldlovers: I bought a mattress at the Mesa Riverview store and was quite pleased with the help I received from Rob. I started out planning to go with something basic that would get me through the short term, but after several days sitting on my thoughts I ended up going with something more built to last long term. Rob was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and most importantly he was never pushy or any of that typical sales guy stuff that most people don’t like. He was very patient with me with all my indecisiveness. I would recommend this location to anyone in the market for a mattress, and I would certainly refer Rob if I knew of someone that’s mattress shopping. Rob is also at the south Tempe store so you can find him there when he’s not at the Mesa Riverview store. I’m looking forward to sleeping on the new mattress when it’s delivered next week.

I was really nervous at first to as this was my first time looking at buying a mattress and Barry was super nice and helpful! I felt even more nervous as my boyfriend and I have polar opposite tastes in beds and Barry took the time to work with both of us to figure out what we would both like. Barry was also great because he didn’t feel like a salesmen, after he spent time with us we decided to leave to think about it a little and he was easy going about us taking time to think. We came back after about an hour and decided we did want to get that bed and a great price too. Miguel had worked with us to get all checked out and he was very friendly and was able to get our bed shipped out for the next day! I am very pleased with this experience and very happy I bought from Barry.

We had a great experience when we purchased a mattress from this location 5 years ago. We could have probably saved a buck or made a “trendy” or “colorful” mattress purchase from an online company but they all lack customer service, my opinion. Barry at the Mesa Riverview location handled our transaction today and we left very happy and satisfied with our purchase (2 full size mattresses and adjustable bases) that will be delivered tomorrow.

We had a fantastic buying experience with Tayler at this location. The store was pleasant, the music was low key and not overwhelming, and we felt very comfortable testing out the merchandise.
