We have found that sending out a separate templator is a bad system. Many things can get lost when this occurs as the templator has not been involved in customer conversations and may not be aware of design requirements or special conditions. The end result can be disastrous. That is why John and I template our own jobs and take charge of every aspect of our projects from beginning to end.
