Deepa Joshi Saha, FNP-C, is an accomplished healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience. Deepa began her journey in healthcare at Armed Forces Medical College in Prune, India. Since moving to the US, she has served patients in ER, trauma, burn unit, and oncology departments. She has also managed outpatient clinics and served in leadership roles at Maricopa Medical Center and Banner Urgent Care.

Deepa is a multilingual professional fluent in five languages, aiding her in connecting with patients of various ethnicities and cultures. Currently pursuing her DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) in Mental Health, Deepa's specific interest lies in Addiction Psychiatry.

In her free time, Deepa enjoys the companionship of her three rescue dogs and takes pride in her two sons. She believes in gratitude and a healthy lifestyle, and she focuses on the positives in life.

As of January 2023 there are over 12,000 children in foster care in Arizona. While removing children from their dangerous family setting provides needed safety, entering the foster care system does not assure a “normal childhood.” This challenging journey often involves multiple moves, inconsistent care giving, and emotional trauma stemming from feeling helpless and isolated.


Arizonans for Children Inc., incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, exists to facilitate opportunities and provide effective solutions to alleviate hardships and improve the fragile lives of the abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care. It is a tragedy, in this present time, far too many children continue to find their well being jeopardized.
