If I could rate higher, I would. My computer looks like a brand new computer. Always easy to talk to, knowledgeable and will talk things through with you, and super super fast. It took like 2 days to deeeeeeeep clean, upgrade some parts and completely fresh install everything. 1000% would recommend. I don't trust my gaming computer with anyone else. Ever.

I took my HPenvy laptop to Sparky and had him replace my battery. Well, he did and along with that he gave me some very important advice as to how I should utilize the battery. Use it often as a "laptop" and let the battery discharge and then recharge. He has also cleaned up my laptop, and now it operates perfectly. Sparky is the best, and I'll never take my laptop anywhere else for any kind of service.

Sparky saved me yet again, he fixed my mom's chrome book after it had died and reset my iPad after it locked everyone out! I will continue to come all the way from north Phoenix whenever I need help with my devices, I am completely loyal now! Sparky, the one and ONLY!
