After carefully searching for weeks for a new home, I came across Christopher Todd Communities, and was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the development overall. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

We moved here about 6 weeks ago from out of state. The communication with the management (Cathy) was great during our decision to move in. She answered all our questions and more importantly the answer were correct. There was no bait and switch. We really like the community and are close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. We feel safe and the grounds are kept clean. The apartments are brand new and designed well for apartment living. Fitness center, hot tub, pool, outside TV with fireplace for gathering or just to get out.

We recently moved in here and I’m so so glad we did! The team here was accommodating to our needs, and very transparent about costs. The move in was seamless and easy, and the villas are beautiful along with the amenities!!

We have lived at CTC Mountain View for a couple of months now and I can’t convey enough positive comments about this entire community. The staff are the keys to the unity of the residents and the folks that make us family. They secure the safety of the residents and consistently go out of the way to meet the needs and requests of all. The facilities are beautiful and extremely well maintained. For a new community they consistently earn five-star ratings. Before moving here, we visited many other communities and thoroughly researched what each one offered. CTC Mountain View ranked far above all the rest and the one that we chose to call our home. Thank you to everyone who continue to prove we certainly made the right decision.

Our new home is even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and all the answers they gave me regarding the property were 100% accurate. They have been very flexible and accommodating to help us solve little problems like when my movers showed up a tad too early, and when my husband mentioned a snag with our cable it was fixed in 24 hours. My mom flew in to help us move, and casually we were able to take a 6 minute Uber to Westgate to take her to dinner, and it was surreal looking at my husband and laughing that we LIVE here now. We are so happy we found this community, and look forward to living here for years to come.

The fine folks at CTC got us in quickly and were nothing but helpful. I personally have had nothing but exceptional experiences with all the staff that I have encountered. I absolutely love my apartment. The layout is fantastic. If you are on the fence about making a move I highly recommend CTC as your new home.

The office team always came through when needed and all neighbors were great! Nice amenities and surroundings made it a nice place to come home to each night.

I love this place! The pool is amazing with the lights and TVs outside. Make you feel are at a 5 star resort with how it’s set up. The homes are great as well. We had some issues but management was always quick to come repair...
