4worldlovers: A C.Tide Cleaners on Lake Pleasant (and Happy Valley) is great for the most part. That said, I recently dropped off four dress to be pressed and picked up yesterday only to realize they broke the zipper on one of the dresses and put behind one of the other dresses and it was obvious that the zipper was broken! The zipper wasn't broken when I dropped the dresses off, if it was they would've noted and there wasn't a note on any of the dresses when I picked them up. Disappointing as I was planning to wear the dress with the broken zipper to work today.

I just can’t justify paying just over $90 on 16 pieces when I can drive to Surprise for the same quantity, quality of cleaning and pay around $40-50. I know prices on things are up everywhere, but there are still good cleaning/affordable options a short drive even with Lake Pleasant Cleaners closing.

Makes me wonder how they are really treating my clothes!! Now that I’ve been using Tide Cleaners for a couple years now I feel they deserve a review, because THEY ARE DIFFERENT! Counters are CLEAN, facility is CLEAN, you are greeted with a smile; they know how to run a business! How refreshing! And yes, my clothes look great! Love this place!
