Neighborhood Parks, through a contracted landscape enhancement partner, will be performing turf and landscape improvements north of the tennis courts. These improvements are aimed at improving drainage, water conservation efforts, and court preservation and includes removing the turf and irrigation bordering the tennis court and the basin directly north of the tennis court. This project will further facilitate improved site drainage in an area that historically holds water during monsoon and seasonal rain events. When completed, low water use landscaping and multicolored granite will provide improved aesthetics for those that frequent this popular park.
