Dr. Arora is just amazing, he has never made us feel like we're a bother, he's always been available for questions via text or phone. I cannot say enough good things about him or his practice. 100000% recommend! My husband found Dr. Arora on Google, while we were in the hospital waiting for our little guy to arrive (April 2021). He called the office, Dr. Arora answered the phone himself, even texted his business card so we could give the info to the hospital. I’m so grateful for Dr. Auora! He is fabulous!! He gave me his personal cell number when our son was born. He said “New parents need just a little more help. It can be a lot.” He took my call on his wife’s birthday to address jaundice symptoms. He called the ER provider while we were there to make sure the baby was safe to go home. He followed up with text messages too. I mean WOW!! He cares very much, provides conservative treatment, but is extremely responsive to my requests. He fully respects our decision to put our son on a delayed vaccine schedule. No questions or lectures. I love that he allowed a student medical professional to follow him. Very important to contribute to the next generation of care providers. I love that he calls my baby “Sir.” It’s so cute.

Dr. Arora and his staff are amazing. They always find the time to get our kids in the office.
