We are also the proud home of the original recipe “Pornstar Martini” in the United States, prepared correctly since our doors opened in 2014. Experience the authentic taste of what made this drink a global sensation, made exactly to the original recipe just how it was made back at LAB Bar, London circa 2004.

At Bitter & Twisted, we believe that the quality of the ice used in our bar can make all the difference in our guest's experience. We believe that the little things matter, and that's why we've made it our mission since day one to make our own large format ice, from scratch.

When it comes to cocktails, the use of crystal-clear large block ice can instantly elevate the credibility of any bar's program. It's a clear indication of the establishment's attention to detail and commitment to providing only the finest ingredients. Making our own ice, instead of simply buying it, is a time-consuming process, but we feel the results are truly worth it, and is one of the many things we do within our bar that sets us apart from the rest.

Bitter & Twisted is a seated establishment, and while we do try to accommodate everyone we are bound by our legal capacity. We're not trying to be cool but sadly we have limited space, and we just can’t think of a better and fairer system than first come, first served, especially during peak times.

An accurate head count is always required, please do not exceed the amount stated on the waitlist or your reservation.

Sadly, we do not participate in any bar crawls, we're just not set up for it being a seated bar with a limited capacity.

Bitter & Twisted operates as a 21 & over the establishment and only allows identification ruled valid by the DLLC.

Please note that groups will be presented with one bill, which may be split up to four separate ways. A 22% service charge will be added to all parties of 6 or more. Zelle, Venmo or PayPal is your friend.

Walk-ins are welcomed and encouraged if reservations are unavailable. If we are on a wait on a busy night guests can join the waitlist remotely via Tock. On weekends or busy concert and event nights, we operate on a first come - first serve basis during any peak times.

We happily accept reservations when available. We release limited reservations for each day. If there are none available, please use the waitlist.

Hailing originally from Sonora, Mexico, Chef Yepez has worked for a number of high-profile restaurants throughout the Valley before joining Talking Stick Resort in 2010. Along with his culinary team, Chef Yepez won numerous awards and accolades, including the Arizona Indian Gaming Association’s Chef Challenge.

As Orange Sky’s Sous Chef, he received recognition by local and industry publications such as Arizona Republic, Arizona Foothills and Casino Player Magazine. Now that he’s risen through the ranks to Chef de Cuisine, Chef Yepez is thrilled to take the helm of the famed restaurant. His philosophy on food is that fresh is better, which he harnesses as he crafts a modern expression of steakhouse elegance with a view into Sonoran Desert ingredients and preparations.

Wine Spectator’s award honors wine lists with a breadth of wine-growing regions, vertical depth of top producers, superior presentation, and a selection of 350 or more wines. Orange Sky has received the award every year since 2011.

The wine list has won Wine Spectator's “Award of Excellence” from 2011-2015, and the “Best of Award of Excellence” from 2016-2023 for being one of the most outstanding wine lists in the world.

Orange Sky may be known for its Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Wine List of beautifully curated wine, but Talking Stick Resort's signature restaurant also knows a thing or two about a perfected blended cocktail aged to perfection.

In this cocktail, we roast pineapples and add guajillo chilies along with Hornitos Reposado Tequila in the three-level infuser for 10 days to let slowly drip to extract the most flavor. This creates a very balanced blend of sweet, sour, smoky, spicy, and with undertones of agave, herbs, apple, & oak aged tequila from the Hornitos Reposado Tequila.

The roasted pineapple and smoked salt from the rim mixes with the cocktail infusion to provide notes of sweetness, sour, and smoky. A slow warming heat starts to rise to a beautiful crescendo on the back of your tongue… but not too much… just enough to let you know you are ready for the next taste experience.
