As a former competitive hip-hop, hula, and ballroom dancer and certified Hot Hula fitness instructor, body builder, and martial arts hobbyist, Terricia dedicates her time by helping the community generate more energy, build confidence, and gain habits for a healthy and joyful lifestyle.

Amelia is passionate about helping others build their food confidence. Her food philosophy revolves around finding ways to include favorite foods in a balanced approach that provides a sustainable, and positive relationship between food and overall wellness.

Dennis began his career 27 years ago and has specialized as a senior fitness personal trainer and instructor implementing wellness and fitness programs at numerous independent living communities. He is also a volunteer at Ability 360, a wellness and fitness center for persons with disabilities, wounded warriors, veterans and amputee athletes.

Anna's fitness journey started in junior high where she began weight training. Over the years she independently studied and tested methods that worked best for her total health, recently becoming a certified Hot Hula fitness instructor. Her journey is far from over though she is learning to better appreciate how far she has come as is passionate about helping other do the same in their journeys.


Elaine joined the fitness and wellness community in 2017 She has lost over 100 pounds and now serves as a leader in the dance fitness format, Mixxedfit. Elaine is a Level 2 Instructor and Master Educator for Mixxedfit. She is energized by training, mentoring and inspiring the community to be the best version of themselves on and off the dancefloor.
