Our purpose is to share the good news of the Gospel in a world that is short on good news. We trust the Word of God, the Bible, as it brings clarity to our lives. We invite you to join us as we seek to grow together in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.


Pastor Rick Ponzo was born in Queens, New York, and lived on Long Island until 1975 when his parents bought some land in Fountain Hills, and they moved to Tempe, Arizona. After high school, Rick spent a couple of years traveling the United States.

One year before joining the US Navy, a friend shared the Gospel with Rick and led him to the Lord. Little did Rick know that God had big plans for him during his service in the military. Nine years later Rick was deployed during the Gulf War as a Hovercraft Navigator. Rick asked the ship’s captain if there was a place to hold a nightly Bible study, and the captain allowed him to use the ship’s library every night for ten months. It was during this time that God prepared Rick for what He had in store for him years down the road.

The Men’s Ministry is designed to help meet the spiritual needs of the men of CFH. Through worship, study, prayer, and fellowship, this ministry helps men grow in their relationship with the Lord and with each other.

Transformed Youth Group- Jr High and High school students: 1st Sunday of every month they will remain in the Sanctuary with their parents at 10 am for Communion. 2nd- 4th Sundays of every month they will meet for worship in Sanctuary at 10 am then proceed to the youth room for their class.

Children’s church- Nursey: Babies- 3 years old or until potty-trained, and PK-6th grade. Will also be available every Sunday at 10 am.

Transformed youth group- Will meet in Sanctuary for worship, then proceed to the youth room.
