After a failed implementation with a different IT vendor, this Tribal Community came to Beyond20 with a tight timeline and the need to quickly get a modern ServiceNow IT solution off the ground. After working with all of the necessary stakeholders to identify their needs, Beyond20 quickly implemented Incident, Service Request, Service Portal, Change Management, and Project Management in Phase One.
