Once we know who your people are—when and where they lived, and any other details we can learn about them—we go to work learning everything we can about their time and place in history. Once our historical research is in place, we turn our attention to image research. We search for mages that tell the stories we uncovered by our historical research. Some reflect the character of a whole region. Sometimes, we are able to find images of exact streets or addresses that were important to your people. After a pool of images is collected, Lisa’s artistic design of each page begins in earnest. 4worldlovers: We participate in several multi-specialty care teams, including the 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, genoderm and skeletal dysplasia clinics. Our Genetics and Metabolism Department is a Lysosomal Disease Treatment Center, and our staff serves as the medical consultants for the Arizona State Newborn Screening Program, the only one of its kind in Arizona. We are currently staffed by six medical geneticists, three board-certified genetic counselors, two metabolic dietitians and two nurse practitioners.
