Most of what you're up against is an over active nervous system holding unmetabolized emotions. Your conditioning has led you to suppress and repress pain. You've been firing and wiring these patterns into the tissues of your body leaving a pathos of undigested emotion.


How do you take your power back? Through your breath. Your breath is the bridge to your subconscious mind. By digging deep and working patterns of breath your body discharges that stuck energy and recalibrates the nervous system back into balance. In my 40 years of experience I have found that most people don't realize how much sacred intelligence there is in their exhaustion, their burnout and despair. Anxiety, depression, grief... are simply energies raising in volume to get your attention. Rum said "the cure for pain is in the pain".

Many of us are waking up from the programs and conditioning we were indoctrinated with as children. The course includes some home preparation and online before the session and a 5-Day Intensive Course in Scottsdale, which includes the Hypnotist Lab. The Hypnotist Lab allows students to work with volunteers and do actual sessions with volunteers from the community.


Training is by NGH Board Certified Hypnotist, NGH Certified Instructor, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Colleen Hitchcock of Scottsdale Hypnosis.


For students' future hypnosis sessions gifted for each student by Scottsdale Hypnosis.
