Jessica was nothing short of awesome! I took my Viking to her with an incorrect light bulb that was jammed into my machine (by the vendor that serviced my machine) and I could not get it out. It turns out the incorrect bulb when it blew, melted the mechanism to the machine. Jessica was able to manufacture a new light bulb housing for the machine and it works very well. Great turnaround time, good value for the price and she was great to talk to...I have recommended her to a friend.
