Had to wait quite a while for available associate. One very diligent employee who assisted, rang me up, and loaded vehicle. The rest of the employees seemed not to care and were just walking around, some with earbuds in not paying attention to anyone.

Great experience from store associates that helped with my purchase along the way. They were able to help with questions on items initially looked at and advised on other products that may be needed instead (in a genuine way).

Store was severely understaffed and it showed in the actions and attitudes of the associates and managers I spoke to. It took over an hour to get an associate to help me with my purchase. Every associate up to the one that finally helped us would rudely state I can't help you I'm busy then walk to another person. no I'm sorry I will try to get to as soon as possible just blatantly rude I'm busy with a disgusted expression. Tone and body language says a lot. And what it told me was your employees are under paid and over worked and thus take it out on the consumer. this will eventually be the down fall and reason that Best Buy joins all the others that have gone out of business because they did not keep up with the times or respect their employees.

It was quite disheartening and aggravating. I bought a massage chair from their store, but they didn't allow me to test it there due to a lack of outlets. To make matters worse, upon reaching home, I realized they provided the wrong remote. I attempted to call the store multiple times without success. Now, I have to travel 50 miles just to get the right remote, else, I will have to take this 300 pounds item to return it.

Amazing prices and variety at Best Buy outlet. It was my first time at the outlet and I will be back to purchase an oven and microwave in the future.

You have to find someone to unlock a cage, then you have to have them scan each box to give you a price. Very time consuming and difficult to make a choice.

Very disjointing that I found the car radio that I was looking for and that parts were missing that were need for unit to turn on for the install. Manager should have done a better job in resolving my issue instead of just offering me a refund. I wanted the car stereo and spent lots of time in finding out what parts ere missing. JVC Caproate was very helpful and was looking into matter and said they will send me missing parts or sell them to me. Your Manger just wanted me to return item or buy something else. I did not want something else, I found what I wanted. I returned the item because I was tired of not getting any assistance in getting me to keep what I had purchased. What is the purpose of the warrantee ????

I have no complaints and plan to keep shopping at best buy
