4worldlovers: In an effort to make acupuncture affordable and accesible to as many people as possible, we've set up a group setting acupuncture, where people get treated in comfortable reclining chairs, in a very quiet and relaxing athmosphere, conducive to healing.

Acupuncture is a holistic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modality developed in Ancient China. It consists of inserting fine, sterile, single use needles at specific points along the body in order to regulate physiological functioning of organ systems, relieve pain, tightness and inflammation, promote relaxation, improve immunity and overall quality of life. Chinese Medicine is a preventative medicine and its focus is to treat the patients' body, mind and soul as an organic whole in order to bring back homeostasis.
Some of the conditions for which acupuncture has been proven effective, according to the World Health Organization include: stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, headaches, pain (back, neck, shoulder, knee, sciatica, etc.), chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, incontinence, UTI's, female disorders, pregnancy nausea, labor induction, digestive issues, respiratory issues, allergies, common cold, flu, and much more.

Toni Bennalley, MSAc, MSOM, LAc, has been working in the healthcare field since 1991. She was a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician with Walgreens for 15 years, while she was attending Acupuncture school.
She graduated from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA) in 2001 where she served as Student Body President for 3 of her 4 years in school.
Hop is a licensed acupuncturist who believes that in order to achieve optimal health and wellness, the body must be in balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. She is trained in Traditional Chinese and Japanese style acupuncture, with special interests in mental health, pain management, fertility, women’s and men’s health, aesthetic, and GI complaints.
Fatima has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. She practiced western medicine for 17 years in Pakistan as a Medical Doctor where she was always drawn towards holistic natural remedies and blended these with great success when caring for her patients.
Alan strongly believes in a holistic approach to promoting optimal health and wellness. Alan specializes in pain management, musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders, anxiety and stress management, as well as digestive system disorders.
