4worldlovers: After more than 40 years of service to the Phoenix community, Phoenix Pride felt it was time to capture our evolution as an organization, from one that began as passionate advocates and has advanced to become the leading resource for the local LGBTQ+ community.

While our mission has never wavered, our look has evolved. After more than 40 years of advocacy in Phoenix, our new logo reflects the work we do to Support, Engage and Empower the LGBTQ+ community, aligns with the spirit of our S.E.E. campaign with its lens shape and incorporates the colors representing a rainbow of diverse identities in the progressive flag.

As a community, we’ve come a long way. And we know that progress has been hard fought. At Phoenix Pride, we also recognize that we still have more to accomplish. So we continue moving forward.

Thank you for your continued support of PFLAG Sedona/Verde Valley! At the beginning of our September 12th meeting, we will conduct our Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors for the next fiscal year (October 1, 2023-September 30, 2024). The Agenda for the Annual Meeting is attached.

PFLAG Sedona/Verde Valley is one of only three remaining PFLAG chapters in Arizona. The other two are Yuma and Sierra Vista. If you support our mission, then please become a member or renew your membership. Only current members are allowed to serve on the board or to vote in board elections, so if your membership is not current, please renew before our next meeting on September 12th. As part of our meeting, we will also be having a goal-setting session to help guide the new Board during the next fiscal year. We need your input and assistance! We want to know what you would like us to be working on and focusing on this next year.
