This new collection was designed by H&L Custom Creations and is exclusive to our store. Inspired by the great stallion Imafancy Scotchbar !! I personally raised 3 foals from this stallion and was so sad to hear of his recent passing. This collection is sterling silver with Kingman Turquoise.

Imafancy Scotchbar aka “Tommy“ was PtHA World Champion Hunter Type Stallion in 2000. Was PtHA Horse of the year in HTS in 1999 and 2000. He sired Half Arabian Regional and National winners and has daughters who have produced multiple Half Arabian Regional and National winners. He was always a character and had the breeding, beauty and conformation to pull it off. He will be missed.

When it comes to creating a keepsake for you of your beloved horse(s), it can be a very emotional process as well as very healing. When you order from us, whether it's your first or tenth time, you become part of our family.

All of our horsehair jewelry is made to encase your own horses tail or mane hair. Once you order your special piece, you will need to mail us your horses hair along with a note specifying if we are to mix multiple tails or any other additional, special instructions. We will wash it for you but we do ask that it is together in a braid or a band before you ship it. Please do not use any tape to hold the hair together as it is hard to wash off.

We treat our customers with the honesty and respect we feel everyone deserves. We will return any unused tail or mane hair along with your custom horsehair jewelry.

Turn around time is about 3-4 weeks if you are ordering silver and about two weeks if we are braiding a bracelet for you. Holidays may have increased turn around time.

My name is Leanne Ivy, I have been in the horse industry for more than 26 years, while raising my two daughters and now my son. I have always had a fascination with horsehair jewelry but it wasn't until my daughter's pony, Frosty was injured in the fall of 2021 that I really started to explore it. It started out of necessity when we needed to raise money for his surgery, so my younger daughter, Hailey, and I started to make jewelry to sell. I experimented and perfected my skills and H&L Custom Creations was born. Frosty continues to inspire us to work hard to provide him with all the care he needs in his elder years. He has made a partial recovery and is now helping young children learn how to ride. I never imagined that with my 10 years in the veterinary field and coaching owners through their love & loss of pets, that I would find the perfect job of passion for me. I love being able to help others by creating these custom horsehair jewelry pieces for them to heal and remember their beloved horses.
