I like the idea of the ATI application for personalized exercises. Unfortunately the website just doesn’t work well. It freezes when playing back the exercises. As far as the ATI in Surprise they are nice and the exercises prescribed are helping me. I am careful to be on time and I expect the same. I have had to wait when they could have started me on time with warm up on bicycle. I don’t understand why I think it was lunchtime but I felt like there were employees standing around that could have started me on time. I was discharged on time. Another thing that bugged me was when I walked in I announced Good Afternoon and had no response. Another man came in and they said nothing. They did take him in immediately. The next guy to come in the whole place greeted him loudly and cheerfully. That made me feel like I was not on an equal footing as other patients. This is a bad look for your business. I believe they are helping me and that is what is important but just a word of advice all customers are created equal and should be treated as such especially when you are in an open room.
