Elyea first opened for business in 1993 with the humble goal of providing local talent the opportunity to make national caliber recordings on a modest budget. Since then Mind's Eye Digital has grown into a full service operation with clients ranging from young up-and-comers to some of the most well known artists in the world.

Our sound rooms are fully professional toned acoustic treated, with the option of using 2 to 8 microphones easily. Acoustic treatment aims to control sound reflections WITHIN the room, to make a better sounding recordings. We use:

Featuring Allen & Heath's AnalogiQ microphone pre-amps and powered by a 5 core ARM processor, the Qu Series provided a variety of integrated effects and processing such as channel-independent 4-band parametric EQs, compressors, delay, reverb, and more. The mixer is capable of recording audio to either a Mac OS computer or a USB hard drive in up to 48kHz/24-bit resolution, allowing you to record both the individual tracks and live mix of your shows.
