As a kid, he played multiple sports from baseball to soccer, including earning a college scholarship for soccer. In the early 2000’s he signed up for a Tough Man Competition which made him fall in love with the sport of boxing. The decision to start a family stopped him from continuing to box. He never found any sport or exercise that compared to the competition and training he did while boxing. Until his wife took him into a CrossFit gym in 2010, it took two more classes to hook him in; since then he never misses a class.

I began my fitness journey in 2016 when I discovered Crossfit at Legion of Power (LPC). I fell in love with the community and workouts at LPC which changed my life forever. Through consistency, dedication and hard work, I continue to work on my fitness journey. Crossfit is designed to test your ability and grow your capability, no matter your current level of fitness.The nutrition challenges at LPC sparked my passion for increasing my own knowledge on the subject. I have since completed my NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and look forward to finishing the Crossfit Nutrition Course. My passion to see community members thrive in their own fitness journeys, has led me to pursue and complete the Crossfit Level One Course. I love to coach WODs and nutrition challenges.I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and am fluent in English and Spanish. I moved to Arizona in 2014 and am a proud ASU Alumni. I love spending time with my son, and spouse. My favorite workout is Isabel.Consistency is key. Stay dedicated, work hard, and the results will follow.


Jason Lee is a Canadian born transplant who was introduced into our CrossFit lives in 2011. His love for weightlifting began 25 years ago as a high school and college basketball/football player and has followed him throughout his life. He believes that surrounding yourself with a positive and motivating community is the key to a healthy lifestyle. I love that every single day is a new challenge, and there is always something you can improve on, both as an athlete and a coach. My favorite part about Legion of Power CrossFit is the community, there’s always a group of people ready to cheer you on and it’s extremely rewarding as a coach to be able to help others push themselves and improve every single day.
