"Edit April 2022: Four years have lapsed since I wrote my review and since I was last in Tempe to check in on my belongings. I am dropping my rating from 5 stars to 1. Where the facilities were once spotless, I arrived yesterday to conditions being the dirtiest I have seen them since I began renting here. I specifically moved from an outside unit to an inside unit to protect from excessive dust and for the evap cooling. I am storing a large art installation and everything was covered in thick dust, the hallways were filthy and items stored in boxes very warm to the touch on a day that was under 90 degrees. The coolers were not running and doors at both ends of the hallway open to the outside (people - pull down doors when you are done accessing your unit). My rent has increased steadily each year yet the conditions have significantly deteriorated. I cannot recommend AZ Storage anymore. I've been here for 9 years now and have known several of the managers over this time. Amber and her a..."

"I have had a storage unit here for around 3 years now and I have never had an issue. Storage units are nice and prices are good. The new manager Amber is one of the friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. She takes time to get to know her customers. The first time I had met her she was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't go the office again for over a month and she still remembered me and what we had talked about.
