Come fly with us! Flying Trapeze is exhilarating and has captivated people since the 1800’s. Now you can soar to new heights. Group sessions with personalized advice and multiple instructors at every class! Sessions available for all levels ages 4 and up.

Sessions are available and all skill levels are welcome. Coincidentally, most people have never been on a flying trapeze, so the majority of our schedule is comprised of OPEN sessions for mixed ages and levels. Whether you’re interested in a one-time-only class, birthday party, private event, or a weekly skills workshop, Trapezius has it!

If it’s your first time, here’s what to expect: You will learn the timing and technique to get your legs on the bar, take your hands off, and finish with a back flip dismount into the net. It starts with an introduction on the ground, and a demonstration in the air by a Trapezius instructor. Then it’s right to flying. In the second part of the sessions, if you’re ready, you will attempt a CATCH with a Trapezius instructor swinging simultaneously from the opposing trapeze. Catching is a fun and no pressure experience for many first time flyers! With loads of encouragement and direction from the Trapezius Staff, it’s possible to accomplish this on your first day and a great bonus.

Flying trapeze workshops are a great way to dedicate yourself to learning. A consistent learning schedule makes a consistent flyer. With other members every week, you’ll develop a rhythm that creates more fluid transitions between turns and more flying for you.
