Q came out and inspected our unit and was very informative and helpful and we felt very comfortable with him assisting us with the start to our ac needs. We bought a full replacement. A purchase of 26k….we were a little surprised in no follow up today from anyone involved as Our unit went up last night with some difficulties There was a little bit of stress and difficulty with the unit not being secured into the night and the crane had to be unexpectedly called back out, but the rest of the staff handled it with professionalism and ease. We did notice after our dog came in limping there were some nails, screws and scrap metal left throughout our backyard and around our daughters play area. My husband being a roofing contractor and owning a roofing company, was concerned and got on roof to Inspect if there was anything else we needed to be concerned about and was disappointed to find damaged shingles and more screws and nails on our roof.
