The Household Product Collection Center (HPCC) is open for normal operation from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. HPCC is closed on Zero Waste Days (ZWD), city-observed holidays and weekends following the city-observed holidays.
