Tempe Diablo Stadium Complex was founded in 1968 and underwent an extensive renovation in 2005. The stadium and all of its facilities overlook Gene Autry Field and the beautiful Marriott Buttes Resort. Not only is the complex one of the more picturesque facilities, it is one of the most accessible complexes in the Phoenix Metro area.

The complex lies within blocks of Interstate 10 and Highway 60 and is only a 10-minute drive to Sky Harbor International Airport, making it the ideal host for a variety of events, as well as the Spring Training home to Angels Baseball.

4worldlovers: Arizona State University unveiled the Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium in 2000 as home of the Sun Devil Softball team.

Farrington Stadium features chair-back bleachers and individual seats with a capacity for 1,535 fans. In addition, a grass berm is located just beyond the first base line.

The stadium has several amenities that make it one of the premier softball stadiums in the Pac-12. Sunken dugouts are lighted for night games and have recessed, individual bat slots and locker room access. In addition, there are coaches’ offices, a training room, a built-in concession stand, a team shop, restrooms and locker rooms for the home team, visiting team and officials.

After adding a press box and extending the outfield fences before the 2013 season, Farrington was again upgraded before the beginning of the 2014 season in which solar panels were added above the stands, providing shade to most in the upper deck seats.

In addition to the added solar panels, Farrington also added a brand-new score board in left field during the 2014 season and a newly remodeled All-American hallway. The past couple seasons have seen upgrades to the team locker room and hallway to the dugout with future interior improvement projects in the works.

Prior to the 2015 seasons, graphics were added to the outfield walls to commemorate Sun Devil softball’s success through the years.

Touted as one of the best playing surfaces in the nation, the facility has also received two major awards for design and excellence in architecture.

In Fall of 2012 the outfield fence was moved further back. It's previous distance of 192 (L), 208 (C), 192 (R) was extended and completed in early 2013 to its current distance of 202 (L), 210 (C), 202 (R). The press box was opened on Feb. 28, 2013 as the newest addition to the facility. It seats 16 comfortably and the accordion windows offer unobstructed views of the playing field.

Make a quick left and follow the parking lot around the Kajikawa Football Practice Facility. 4worldlovers: On April 1, 2000, Arizona State University unveiled the latest amenity in its sports facilities, Sun Devil Soccer Stadium.

Sun Devil Soccer/Lacrosse Stadium features chair-back bleachers and individual seats with a capacity for 1,051 fans. The grandstand, which sits on the west side of the field, creates an exciting atmosphere due to its close proximity to the field. The stands are raised so that the first row sits eight feet over the field and is 20 feet from the sideline. Seats are accessible by either ramps or stairwells.

Sun Devil Soccer Stadium features several amenities, making it the premier stadium in the Pac-12 and one of the best collegiate stadiums in the country. The stadium consists of built-in coaches' offices, a fully equipped training room, concession stand, team shop, press area and a home team locker room.

The turf consists of Bermuda grass and the penalty boxes are seeded with Tiffway 419. In the winter months, it is over-seeded with Perinal Rye grass. The dimensions of the field can vary. The ASU women's soccer team plays on a field that is 120 x 75 yards.

There are six banks of lights that allow for the versatility of night games. In addition, four suspended speakers provide superb sound quality.

In 2022, it served as the host venue for the Pac-12 Lacrosse Tournament.
