This cafe had delicious food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and helpful when ordering. I recommend asking for a table by the back windows. They have a great view that usually includes local wildlife.

Great selection of food and beer, very flavorful, at a good place. Sometime for everyone, even the kids. Very nice view of the Rincon mountains. In the summer, avoid late morning and early afternoon because of the desert heat.

Cafe Desta has been proudly serving traditional Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine since 2010. Located south of Downtown Tucson, Cafe Desta offers traditional vegan dish options and meat dishes incorporating chicken, lamb, and fish. All our meals are served with injera, a spongy bread made from teff, sorghum and wheat flour that is used like a tortilla to scoop food up from the plate.
