First of all, I have not received the clock back yet, so I can't say how the repair went, but my experience with Ernest was exceptional. I have a typical 9-5 job and when I called about getting an estimate to repair the clock, I told Earnest my concern with reaching the shop in time, not only did he volunteer to stay an extra 15 minutes to evaluate the clock, but the evaluation was free. Furthermore, after giving me a quote for repairs that was a bit out of my Granny's price range, he worked with me to find alternatives that were more inline with what my Granny was willing to spend. We finally agreed on a solution and a price, which worked out well as Ernest had the parts in inventory so it will only be a two week turn around. I am very pleased with his customer service and willingness to work with me.

This shop is one of the few that repairs and replaces any clock works. Also makes limited house calls on grandfather clocks. Thanks for a good job guys.
