The American Eat Co has been an evolving space that combines culture, community, progress with a twist of Drinks, Food, and Entertainment. We currently have 7 restaurants, full bar, arcade, and a coffee shop in an open seating environment to keep everyone comfortable while you enjoy your day or night. We work with many non profits and for profit organizations to make a difference in the community and strive to do the best for our city. We are pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. My son got a Carlotta's kitchen box at his work for the holidays and I thought the food was just gonna go to waste. The corn tamales were amazing.. we loved them! The taste was authentic! I was so surprised. The beans, salsa, and rice were pretty good too. We ate it all!

Very spicy. Christmas tamales have great flavor, I just wasn't expecting the spice. I'm a regular salsa girl, though.
