I was introduced to the healthcare field at a young age, having come from a family of physicians. While majoring in biology, I realized my passion for physiology and anatomy. However, I discovered I felt right at home during my internal medicine rotation in medical school. The idea of taking care of a patient from the start to finish of any medical issue and truly getting to know them throughout different stages of their life is very rewarding for me as a physician.

As an internal medicine physician, I treat adults 18 and older for all of their health concerns including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and preventative medicine. I am also a big proponent of fitness and often work with my patients to come up with exercise/nutrition plans (and will refer to specialists when needed). I don’t focus on one specific ailment and am passionate about all of it, which is what I love most about being an internist. I enjoy coming up with individualized treatment plans, whether for short-term or chronic issues, and helping guide my patients (as well as their family members who may have questions) through the process of feeling better and maintaining their health.
