Katy has over 20 years of experience in Medicine; she believes in a holistic approach to women’s health care and values the partnership between the patient and provider. Providing a safe space for patients to feel heard in a compassionate manner allows Katy to help patients feel empowered about their unique concerns. Recently becoming a yoga teacher has further solidified her belief in the mind-body connection.
